Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Four weeks of structured project work in business model analysis, startup strategy, and digital transformation — with a global team.

Virtual 4 Weeks Cohort-Based Open Globally
The Work

What you'll actually build

Every cohort runs one structured group project. Your team works through it together — no shortcuts, no pre-baked answers.

The Digital Innovation project is a structured analytical exercise grounded in a real business problem — evaluating a digital transformation opportunity, building a go-to-market strategy for a tech product, or assessing a sector through the lens of AI adoption or platform disruption. You're not producing a thought piece. You're producing a recommendation a founder or investor could act on.

You work in a team of 6–8 participants, with workstreams that reflect how innovation teams actually function: market assessment, technology evaluation, business model analysis, and communication. The work connects across workstreams throughout the four weeks.

Progress is tracked across four structured phases, with a mid-program check-in and a final presentation. This track attracts people who can hold both analytical rigour and creative problem-framing at the same time.

Project Structure — 4 Phases
  • A
Assess & Scope Define the innovation context, landscape scan, identify the problem
  • B
Research & Evaluate Market sizing, technology assessment, competitive and user analysis
  • C
Build the Case Business model logic, go-to-market framework, risk and assumption mapping
  • D
Deliver & Present Final output and group presentation — investment-memo or strategy-deck standard
What You Develop

Skills you'll be able to demonstrate

Grounded in the actual project — not a list of concepts you'll have been introduced to.

Business Model Analysis

Evaluating how a product or service creates, delivers, and captures value — and where the logic breaks down or holds up.

Market Sizing

Estimating addressable markets, segmenting users, and building the evidence base for a commercial opportunity.

AI & Technology Evaluation

Assessing AI tools and digital technologies against a real business context — what solves the problem, what doesn't, and why.

Pitch Framing

Communicating a startup or innovation case clearly — structuring the problem, the solution, and the ask in a way that holds up to scrutiny.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration

Working across time zones in a distributed team — the communication and accountability norms that make async teams function.

Data-Led Insight

Finding and using data to support a position — quantitative evidence as the backbone of a recommendation, not decoration.

Who This Is For

This program is built for three kinds of people

The track draws people who are interested in the commercial side of technology — not just building it, but analysing, evaluating, and directing it.

Tech or Business Graduate

First exposure to the commercial logic of digital businesses

You understand technology or business in isolation. This program is where you work on both simultaneously — evaluating digital opportunities from first principles, in a structured team environment.

MBA / Entrepreneurship Track

Practical validation of a startup or innovation thesis

You're developing a startup idea or targeting a VC or innovation role. Four weeks of rigorous market and business model analysis gives you depth — and a deliverable that demonstrates it.

Career Transition

Moving from a traditional field toward the innovation economy

You're in finance, consulting, or engineering and want exposure to the startup and digital transformation space. This is how you build domain familiarity without leaving your current role.

The AperioHub project wasn't a classroom exercise — it felt like my first real job. Working on a market expansion strategy taught me practical skills in research, analysis, and stakeholder thinking that no lecture could replicate.

This has been an immersive experience into business consulting. Regardless of this being such a short internship, I worked on multiple avenues and improved my knowledge and skills. My highlight was learning how a product is pitched to the client in a way that not only seems feasible but is the right choice in every factor.

I am extremely satisfied with the project assigned to us. The problem statement compels you to dive deep, work out a solution with your teammates, and showcase your data analysis and presentation skills. I don't think there is any other opportunity quite like this.
