Fellowship
Build real skills. Before university decides.
A rigorous 4-week hybrid programme where high school students develop genuine business analytical skills, financial literacy, and career direction — guided by a mentor with 20+ years at Standard Chartered, Citi, and Macquarie, and an IIM Ahmedabad MBA.
Designed for two decisions.
One programme.
Everything we built was designed with both the student's ambition and the parent's expectation in mind.
For Students
You're in Grade 11 or 12. You're curious about business, finance, or tech — but university hasn't started yet. This is your chance to build something real.
- Build a genuine business project portfolio with a polished final presentation deck
- Shadow and collaborate with current students from Cornell, NYU, UT Austin, LSE, Bocconi and more — the same universities you're aiming for
- Earn a verifiable digital completion certificate, shareable on LinkedIn via Certifier.io
- Structure your "Fellowship" for Common App, UCAS, or university interviews
- Get career clarity through the AperioHub PRISM Profile — before you pick a major
- IB CAS eligible programme structure covering all three CAS strands
For Parents
You want your child to be prepared — not just academically, but professionally. You're investing in an experience that delivers measurable, lasting outcomes.
- Structured, supervised programme with clear weekly learning milestones
- Small cohorts (split into groups of 10–12) for genuine personal attention
- Directly mentored by an IIM-A MBA graduate with 20+ years across Standard Chartered, Citi, and Macquarie
- AperioHub PRISM Profile — a proprietary assessment bringing education and career clarity, not just personality labels
- Hybrid format: real office environment + structured virtual work, building professional habits early
- No fluff. No prizes for showing up. Real deliverables, real feedback, real growth
You won't just learn from a mentor.
You'll work alongside students
already at your dream universities.
AperioHub's Business Analyst programme runs concurrently with the Fellowship. University students from across the US and globally join the same platform — and high school Fellows work alongside them on shared projects and in shared sessions.
When your personal statement or interview says you spent four weeks working on a business project alongside current Cornell and NYU students — and can speak to what you learned from that — that's a different conversation entirely.
Four weeks. Structured.
Progressive. Demanding.
Each week builds deliberately on the last. By Week 4, Fellows are presenting at a level that surprises most adults in the room.

Choose your direction.
Go deep in four weeks.
Each track is adapted for high school level — rigorous and educational, not a watered-down corporate simulation.
Banking & Finance
Understand how financial markets work, how companies raise capital, and how professional analysts evaluate investment decisions. Learn to read real financial data and think like a junior analyst.
Consulting & Business Strategy
Learn how consultants frame problems, structure analyses, and deliver recommendations that change how organisations operate. Build the foundational toolkit used at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain.
Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Explore how technology-driven businesses are built, scaled, and valued. Learn to think like a product manager, evaluate startups, and understand the mechanics behind Southeast Asia's digital economy.
Not a quiz.
A real assessment.
The PRISM Profile is a proprietary report built from four weeks of observed behaviour — not a 10-minute online test.
Learn from people
doing it for real.
Beyond the curriculum, Fellows get direct access to industry professionals through curated guest sessions and targeted workshops.
Industry Guest Sessions
Each cohort hosts 1–2 professionals from banking, consulting, fintech, or venture for a structured Q&A and perspective session. No generic motivational talks — specific, relevant experience from practitioners in active roles.
Investing & Money Workshop
A practical, jargon-light session on how markets work, what compounding means for your future, and how young people can start thinking about financial decisions intelligently. No sales pitch. No products.
Higher Education Strategy Session
Navigating university applications — what admissions teams actually want to see, how to frame a Fellowship on Common App or UCAS, and how to pick a course that aligns with who you are — not just rankings.
Career Pathways Workshop
A candid look at careers in banking, consulting, technology, and entrepreneurship — what they actually look like day-to-day, how you get in, and how your PRISM Profile can help you choose your direction with confidence.
Lead Mentor · Young Leaders Business Fellowship
20+ years in
global banking.
Now teaching it.
Manmohan Mall spent over two decades building and running financial businesses at Standard Chartered, Citi, and Macquarie across Asia. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad — one of Asia's top-ranked business schools — and is a Chartered Accountant and UNC Kenan-Flagler alumnus.
He founded AperioHub to give serious students — at university and high school level — the kind of structured, experienced-led learning that most programmes talk about but rarely deliver.
Designed to align with IB CAS requirements
The Young Leaders Business Fellowship is structured to cover all three CAS strands: Creativity (project design and business concept development), Activity (workshop participation and team collaboration), and Service (real-world problem application and community-facing project framing). IB students should discuss eligibility with their CAS coordinator before enrolment. Documentation support is available upon request.
Straightforward pricing.
No hidden fees.
A complete 4-week programme with everything included.
