AperioHub Advisory ("AperioHub", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN: 53517575B), operated by Manmohan Mall. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal data in connection with our website (aperiohub.com) and our programs.

What Personal Data We Collect
From program applicants and participants (Business Analyst Internship and Business Analyst Fellowship):
- Full name, email address, country and city
- University or institution name, degree, and expected graduation year
- Domain preferences, career interests, and program-related responses submitted via our expression of interest forms
- LinkedIn profile URL (where voluntarily provided)
- WhatsApp number (where voluntarily provided for program communication)
- Communications sent to us via email, WhatsApp, or Slack during program participation
From AperioHub Connect enquirers and students:
- Full name, email address, country
- Academic background, grade level, and subject or service interests submitted via our enquiry forms
- For Research Mentoring: student profile information and academic interests shared as part of the matching process
- Session-related communications and session notes generated during engagements
From mentors and near-peer mentors:
- Full name, email address, country, and university or institutional affiliation
- Academic and professional background submitted during the application or onboarding process
- Bank account details (account number, routing number or equivalent, and account holder name) shared for the purpose of processing payment via Wise. These details are shared with us over email or WhatsApp and retained for the duration of the engagement.
From website visitors:
- Usage data and analytics collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel (see Cookie Policy)
How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- Program administration — processing applications, forming groups, issuing certificates, and managing program communications
- Program communications — sending offer letters, confirmations, schedules, and other operational updates related to a specific program or engagement
- Alumni updates — sending occasional updates about AperioHub programs and opportunities to past participants. Recipients may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any such communication.
- Marketing and participant profiles — where a participant or mentor has given explicit consent during onboarding (or subsequently), we may use their name, photo, testimonial, university affiliation, or project description in marketing materials, website content, or social media. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting us at info@aperiohub.com; we will cease new uses after a reasonable processing period.
- Mentor and near-peer mentor engagement — matching, onboarding, scheduling, and processing payments
- Platform operation — managing session pages, scheduling, and session notes for AperioHub Connect engagements
- Internal analysis — reviewing application data and program outcomes to improve our programs and operations
- Marketing and outreach — using aggregated or anonymised participant data (such as participant counts, country diversity, and institutional representation) for marketing purposes; individual profiles are not published without explicit consent
- Legal and compliance — retaining records as required or permitted by applicable law
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party.
How Long We Retain Personal Data
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legitimate business purposes including program records, alumni communications, and operational continuity. We do not maintain fixed deletion schedules for most categories of personal data. Data is retained for so long as it remains relevant to program administration, alumni communications, operational continuity, or legal and compliance purposes. Individuals may contact us to request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent.
For mentor bank account details shared over email or WhatsApp: these are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for payment reconciliation purposes.
For session recordings of AperioHub Connect sessions (stored in AperioHub's Google Workspace): recordings are retained for a minimum of 90 days from the date of the session.
Where We Store Personal Data
Personal data is primarily stored in:
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail) — under AperioHub's Google Workspace account, hosted on Google's infrastructure
- Slack — for cohort communications during program participation
- Email and WhatsApp — for direct communications with participants, mentors, and enquirers
By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be stored on servers located outside Singapore, including in the United States, in accordance with the data storage practices of the platforms listed above.

We share personal data with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate our programs and website:

Data from Minors
AperioHub Connect is designed for high school students in Grades 9-12. Where a student is under 18 years of age, we expect that a parent or guardian submits the initial enquiry and provides consent on the student's behalf. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor without appropriate parental consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy.
