What you'll actually build
Every cohort runs one structured group project. Your team works through it together — no shortcuts, no pre-baked answers.
The Banking & Finance project is a multi-week analytical exercise set in a real market context — think investment thesis development, financial evaluation of a business opportunity, or sector analysis with a clear recommendation. You're not reading case studies. You're producing a deliverable.
You work in a team of 6–8 participants, organised across four workstreams that mirror how finance teams actually function: research, modelling, synthesis, and communication. Each workstream feeds into the final output.
Progress is tracked across four structured phases, with a mid-program check-in and a final presentation. The work is challenging by design — that's what makes the certificate meaningful.
