Business Analyst Program

A four-week intensive program with smaller groups, weekly direct sessions with the founder and mentor, a dedicated workshop, and a broader domain scope β€” for those who want a more closely guided experience.

4 weeks Fully virtual Groups of 3–5 3 domains USD 149
The Program

Closer mentorship. Broader scope.

The Business Analyst Program is a four-week structured experiential learning program. Participants work on a project brief built around a real-world business problem in a small group of 3–5, following the ABCD framework β€” Align, Build, Converge, Deliver.

Every week includes a live session with the program founder or mentor β€” a structured working call where your group's progress is reviewed, problems are worked through together, and direct feedback is given on your output. This is the core of what makes the program more intensive.

A dedicated workshop on business case methodology and structured problem-solving runs during the program. Three domains are available: Banking & Finance, Consulting & Strategy, and Data & Business Analytics β€” the last of which is exclusive to this program.

Weekly founder & mentor sessions

A live working session every week led by the program founder or mentor β€” structured feedback on your group's output, progress review, and direct problem-solving. More engagement, more accountability, every week.

Groups of 3–5

A smaller working group means every participant's contribution is visible, coordination is faster, and the group dynamic reflects genuine collaboration rather than a divided effort.

Data & Business Analytics β€” exclusive domain

A third domain available in this program, covering data analysis, AI/ML applications in business, and data science fundamentals applied to real-world business problems.

What's Included

Everything in the program, clearly stated

Six features that define the Business Analyst Program experience β€” each contributing to the depth and accountability of the four weeks.

Weekly Founder & Mentor Sessions

A live working session every week β€” progress review, structured feedback on your group's output, and direct problem-solving. Each session is led by the program founder or a domain mentor. One of the four sessions is compulsory; all carry equal weight in the program.

Your location is collected at the expression of interest stage and is a primary factor in group formation. The weekly session schedule reflects the group's collective availability.
Plan for 10–15 hours per week β€” including the weekly live session, daily Slack engagement, group coordination, and individual research and analysis. Week 4 typically requires more time as groups finalise their deliverable and prepare for the final presentation.
