Talented graduates with strong academic credentials consistently struggled to break into global careers. Not because they lacked intelligence or ambition, but because they had never been asked to think like a professional, work in an international team, or navigate the ambiguity that real business problems demand. The gap wasn't knowledge — it was experience, exposure, and network.

With over 20 years of experience building businesses and closing deals across Asia's most competitive markets, Manmohan Mall brings institutional credibility and entrepreneurial agility to AperioHub.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Manmohan built his career across institutions that define global finance — ABN AMRO Bank, Macquarie Securities, Citigroup, and Standard Chartered Bank. Working from Hong Kong and Singapore, he carried regional responsibility across Asia and the Middle East, developing a genuinely global perspective on business and talent.
He went on to build and lead the Private Markets business at Kristal.AI, a Singapore-based wealthtech platform, before moving to LNB Group where he led efforts to establish an operating business in East Africa. These experiences — spanning institutional banking, fintech, and frontier market development — form the practitioner foundation that AperioHub is built on.
