About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AperioHub Advisory website at aperiohub.com (the "Site") and the programs, services, and content we make available through it (collectively, the "Services").

AperioHub Advisory is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN: 53517575B), operated by Manmohan Mall.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, program materials, frameworks, methodologies, and design, is the property of AperioHub Advisory or its content contributors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Project outputs and deliverables produced by program participants remain the intellectual property of AperioHub Advisory, as set out in program-specific onboarding terms. Participants retain the right to reference their own contribution in a personal portfolio.

Program Participation

Participation in AperioHub programs is educational and experiential in nature and does not constitute employment, nor does it create any guarantee of employment, academic admission, or career advancement outcomes. All programs are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of application or enrollment, including program-specific onboarding documents. These Terms of Use apply in addition to any program-specific terms.

AperioHub reserves the right to decline any application, withdraw any offer, or remove any participant from a program at our discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AperioHub Advisory makes no warranty that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Any content on the Site is accurate, complete, or current
  • Participation in any program will result in any particular outcome, including employment, academic admission, or career advancement

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AperioHub Advisory and its sole proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

In any event, AperioHub Advisory's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) for the specific service to which the claim relates in the three months preceding the claim. Where no fees were paid, our liability is limited to SGD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
