Young Leaders
Business Fellowship

A structured experiential learning program for high school students who want to understand business, finance, and strategy — before university applications begin.

Grades 10–12 School holiday aligned Singapore · Hybrid & Virtual Small, curated cohort IB CAS — may be applicable
Why This Matters

Real business skills.
Long before university.

Most high school students arrive at university having studied business in theory but never engaged with it in practice. The Fellowship changes that — equipping participants with analytical thinking, structured communication, and genuine project experience that stands out in any application or interview.

  • Build a genuine business project portfolio — not a school assignment, a real analytical deliverable
  • Connect with recent and current students from Cornell, CMU, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Tufts, Northwestern and other top universities — gain candid perspective on what those schools are actually like
  • Earn a verifiable digital completion certificate, shareable directly on LinkedIn
  • Structure your Fellowship experience for Common App, UCAS, or university interviews
  • Gain career direction through the AperioHub PRISM Profile — a personalised assessment released at program completion
  • Build habits of structured thinking and professional communication that no curriculum currently teaches
  • Structured, supervised experiential learning with clear program milestones — not a loose work placement
  • Small, curated cohort with close mentor involvement throughout
  • Led personally by a founder with 20+ years across Standard Chartered, Citi, and Macquarie, and an IIM Ahmedabad MBA
  • A proprietary PRISM Profile assessment — covering personality, readiness, interests, strengths, and pathways — released at program end
  • Hybrid format builds real professional habits: structured collaboration, deadline accountability, and business communication
  • Positioned as a professional development program — not a camp, not a class, not a certificate course

The Fellowship is designed as experiential learning — participants engage, explore, and contribute to structured business projects. This is an educational program, not employment.

What this actually means for you

This is not a formal mentorship program or a structured university pairing. It is something more organic — and arguably more valuable. When you participate in the Fellowship alongside students who are recently or currently at your target universities, you gain access to candid conversations about what those schools are actually like, how they got in, and what they wish they had known.

A real example: A parent recently approached us for perspective on a UC Berkeley decision for her son. Because we had a current Berkeley student in our cohort, we could facilitate a direct, informed conversation within hours. This kind of access — informal, specific, genuine — is part of what the AperioHub community makes possible.
How It Is Delivered

One program.
Two ways to participate.

The Fellowship runs as a single program with a shared curriculum. Participants choose how they engage — fully virtual from anywhere, or as part of the hybrid cohort with an in-person office experience in Singapore.

Hybrid — Singapore

Virtual + Physical Office Experience

The hybrid cohort combines structured virtual work sessions with in-person visits to a professional office environment in Singapore. Designed for students based in Singapore who want the full professional immersion experience.

  • Structured virtual project work and live sessions
  • In-person office visits built into the program schedule
  • Direct face-time with the program founder and peers
  • Professional environment that mirrors a real workplace
  • Small group format — office sessions limited to maintain quality
Fully Virtual — Global

Structured Online Participation

The fully virtual cohort delivers the complete Fellowship experience online — the same curriculum, the same project work, the same mentor access, and the same certification. Open to students worldwide.

  • Full LEAP program curriculum delivered virtually
  • Live sessions, async project work, and Slack collaboration
  • Access to the same mentor and peer network as hybrid participants
  • Flexible scheduling designed around school holiday calendars
  • Available to students based outside Singapore

20+ years in global banking.
Now building the program he wished existed.

Manmohan Mall spent over two decades across Standard Chartered, Citi, and Macquarie in institutional finance, wealth management, and capital markets across Asia. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad — one of Asia's top-ranked business schools — and is a UNC Kenan-Flagler alumnus. He founded AperioHub Advisory to give serious students the kind of structured, experienced-led learning that most programs talk about but rarely deliver. The Fellowship is personally led by him, particularly in the early cohorts — ensuring the feedback loop is direct and the quality bar is set from the top.
