Each track is adapted for high school level — rigorous and analytical, not a watered-down simulation. Participants go deep on a real business challenge within their chosen domain.

Understand how financial markets work, how companies raise capital, and how analysts evaluate investment decisions. Learn to read real financial data and think like a junior analyst.
Analyse a publicly listed Singapore company — assess its financials, identify growth risks, and present a structured buy / hold / sell recommendation with supporting data.
Consulting & Business Strategy
Learn how consultants frame problems, structure analyses, and deliver recommendations. Build the foundational toolkit used at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain — applied to a real Singapore business challenge.
A local consumer brand is losing relevance with younger customers. Diagnose the root causes, develop three strategic options, and recommend a path forward in a structured deck.
Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Explore how technology-driven businesses are built, scaled, and valued. Think like a product manager, evaluate business models, and understand the economics behind Southeast Asia's digital economy.

The Fellowship runs as a single program with a shared curriculum. Participants choose how they engage — fully virtual from anywhere, or as part of the hybrid cohort with an in-person office experience in Singapore.
Virtual + Physical Office Experience
The hybrid cohort combines structured virtual work sessions with in-person visits to a professional office environment in Singapore. Designed for students based in Singapore who want the full professional immersion experience.

He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad — one of Asia's top-ranked business schools — and is a UNC Kenan-Flagler alumnus. He founded AperioHub Advisory to give serious students the kind of structured, experienced-led learning that most programs talk about but rarely deliver. The Fellowship structure is designed with IB CAS alignment in mind, covering elements of all three CAS strands. Eligibility is determined by your school. Check with your CAS coordinator before enrolling.
