Daily Participation Log
Submit your daily update here. Under two minutes. Your coordinators and mentor review these each week.
Before you start — complete checklist
Complete every item below before Day 1 (6 April). Tick each one off as you go — your progress is saved in your browser. If anything is unclear, message your Team Coordinator or post in the WhatsApp community group.

Before Day 1
Join the WhatsApp community group
Use the invite link sent to you. React with an emoji to confirm you have read each announcement — this is how we know you have seen important updates.
Before Day 1
Join the Slack workspace
Use the invite link shared via WhatsApp. Slack is the primary work channel — all project discussions, team updates, and weekly check-ins happen here. Enable notifications.
Before Day 1
Set your Slack display name — First name Last name only
Use your first and last name only, capitalised normally. If you have a middle name, leave it out.

Your coordinator will ask you to fix this if it is wrong. Save everyone the back-and-forth and do it right from the start.
Before Day 1
Add a profile photo to Slack
A clear, recent photo of your face. This is mandatory — avatars or logos are not accepted. It allows your team and mentor to put a face to your name from the very first interaction.
Before Day 1
Read your project brief
Your team's project page will be shared 2 days before the start. Read the full brief before Day 1 so your team's introductory call is productive. Come with one question or observation ready.
Before Day 1
Follow AperioHub on LinkedIn
Search AperioHub Advisory on LinkedIn and follow the page. You will be tagged in cohort posts during the program — this builds your professional visibility. Engage with posts when you can.
Day 1 — optional but encouraged
Announce your participation on LinkedIn
Post a short update that you have started the AperioHub internship. Tag #AperioHub and mention your track (Banking & Finance / Consulting & Business Strategy / Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurship). This is visible to recruiters and signals professional intent.
Week 1
Introduce yourself in your Slack team channel
Post a brief intro on Day 1 or 2: your name, location, what you are studying or working on, and one thing you are hoping to get from the program. React with an emoji to your teammates' intros too.
Expectations & operating norms
These are not suggestions. Participants who are persistently non-responsive — to their team, their coordinators, or the founder — may be removed from the program. React with an emoji to messages in your team channel; in a virtual workplace it is the equivalent of nodding in a meeting and helps everyone know their messages have landed.
Team messages
Respond within 24 hours
Reply to your Slack team channel the same day where possible, and always within 24 hours. Going silent for 2+ days without notice blocks your whole team.
Coordinator requests
Respond within 12 hours
Your Team Coordinators are managing the group alongside their own work. Prompt responses keep everyone unblocked.
Emoji reactions
React to messages regularly
Use emoji reactions liberally — on announcements, updates, and your teammates' messages. It is fast, it is professional, and it shows you are present.
Attend 3 of 4 weekly team check-ins (compulsory calls noted in the Mentor Calls section)
Justified absences accepted — inform your coordinator in advance, not after
Contribute meaningfully to team deliverables throughout the four weeks
Assessed by your coordinators and mentor at program close — not just at final submission
Complete the post-program survey in Week 4
Sent in the final week — approximately 8 minutes. Required for certificate issuance
Attend a minimum of 2 mentor-led sessions (the Week 1 check-in and final presentation are both compulsory)
The welcome call and mid-program calls are encouraged but optional
