  • This is an unpaid program. It does not constitute employment with AperioHub or any affiliated organisation.
  • Expected commitment is approximately 10–15 hours per week across the 4-week internship.
  • Professional conduct, cross-cultural collaboration, and academic integrity are expected throughout.
  • If you are unable to continue, you must inform the AperioHub team promptly — going silent affects your whole team.

Your Program Journey
After Acceptance
WhatsApp Community
You will be added to the AperioHub WhatsApp community group. Program updates and cohort news shared here while the cohort comes together. No daily commitment required.
Pre-Program
~1 Week Before Start
Slack invite sent. Once you are in: short daily engagement, emoji reactions, brief intros, getting familiar with your future teammates. Around 5 minutes a day. Your engagement here informs group formation and Team Coordinator selection.
Internship
4 Weeks
Project work begins with your assigned group. Live calls within your availability window, weekly milestones, and a final deliverable in Week 4.
Post-Program
Wrap-up
Completion survey. Digital Certificate of Completion issued. LinkedIn recommendation for strong performers, at the founder's discretion.

The pre-program Slack period is part of your accepted offer — not optional. It takes no more than 5 minutes a day and ensures Day 1 of the internship is a running start, not a cold start.

Availability Window

Your group's working window is set by the band you select — this is when your team schedules live calls and group discussions.

💬 Most day-to-day work happens async on Slack — sharing updates, documents, and messages has no timing requirement. These bands apply specifically to live group calls and real-time discussions, which typically happen a few times per week.
Select only the band where you are genuinely free on most days — not aspirationally. Think about when you typically carve out time around your university or work commitments, and pick the window that honestly reflects that.

Team Coordinator Role
What does a Team Coordinator do?
Keep the team on track — prompt members to engage, flag issues early, and be the first point of contact for your group
Facilitate team calls and help the group stay aligned on weekly milestones — you are a peer, not a manager
Additional time required: typically less than an hour per week — mostly check-ins, nudges, and keeping momentum going
Recognised on your completion certificate and gives you more direct visibility with the program founder
Ideal if you have natural leadership instincts and want real experience coordinating a global team

Note for US-based Participants
🇺🇸 Studying in the US on a student visa? Read this first.

What this program is: AperioHub Advisory is registered in Singapore and is not a US employer. This is an unpaid, experiential learning program. Participants join as learners — no commercial work is performed and no compensation of any kind is provided. The program is delivered virtually and is not located in or operated from the United States.

For participants on a US student visa: Some universities have specific guidance for international students regarding virtual programs, even when the organisation is outside the US. Requirements vary by institution. We recommend you confirm with your university's International Student Office or Designated School Official (DSO) that your participation is consistent with your visa conditions.

If your DSO requests documentation: Please reach out and we will provide a written description of the program structure promptly.

Already verified your status: No further action needed. We want everyone to start the cohort with full confidence and clarity.
