AperioHub - Virtual Internship and collaboration

Virtual Internship (core segment)

A 4 weeks long corporate work simulation internship as the core segment of the program and a precursor to an exciting overseas segment of the program. 20-40 hours weekly commitment






Overseas Immersion (optional)

A 1-2 week long overseas business and cultural immersion in a global hub like Dubai, Singapore or Hong Kong. Experience a dynamic work environment along with your peers and meet up with other industry professionals for a more comprehensive international career experience.

Program Duration & Time Commitment

2-8 weeks for Virtual Internship program (Foundation & Professional plans)
Virtual Internship + Overseas Business Immersion for a more comprehensive global exposure

Weekly 20-40 hours of expected time commitment to maximize the benefits from the program and more effectively collaborate with other global participants (Professional & Executive plans). Foundation plan is more self-paced

How it works

Apply

Apply to join a cohort and submit your background details and work area of interest

Address

Your application gets reviewed carefully to assess your career goal and readiness for the program. Final assessment will include a short interview by a senior mentor

Attend

Confirm acceptance into the program upon selection. You start your assigned cohort on a specified date

Career Laboratory

Young graduates and professionals often lack clarity about specific career directions. Should you be a Product Manager or a Strategy Consultant? A Growth Marketer or a Business Analyst?

Traditional internships and jobs force you to guess and commit. Make the wrong choice, and you’ve lost valuable time. AperioHub’s Career Laboratory lets you test 2-3 career tracks simultaneously through real projects, discovering what truly excites you.

Week 1-2

Select Career Tracks to pursue and engage in real projects with like-minded peers to collaborate with. Flexibility to confirm overseas participation before end of 1st week.

Week 3-4

Deep dive in one track or rotate within other selected tracks. Extensive engagement with other participants, team calls to update progress and ad hoc assignments

Week 5-6

Virtual Internship group continues with intensive work on selected track.
Overseas Immersion group travels and continues with projects in an international working environment

Conclusion

Both groups conclude on their assigned projects together and make final presentations to the entire cohort and industry guests (subject to availability)
