After 20+ years in international finance, our founder saw a pattern emerge with young graduates and professionals: even talented people with strong academic credentials either struggled to break into global careers or always felt “I wish I knew” about career options that better aligned with their aspirations and capabilities. The gap wasn’t knowledge – it was experience, exposure, and network.

While internships allow for that missing exposure but traditional internships are more often than not a lottery. You might get meaningful work or spend weeks photocopying. With over 20 years of experience building businesses and closing deals across Asia’s most competitive markets, Manmohan Mall brings institutional credibility and entrepreneurial agility to Aperio Hub.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad, Manmohan has built businesses within global institutions like Citibank & Standard Chartered Bank, global fintech platform of Kristal.AI and a well respected Indian corporate, LNB Group. Decade long stints at each of the international locations of Hong Kong and Singapore and regional responsibilities of Asia and Middle East, gave him a truly global perspective of businesses and talents.
