Through this internship, I learned how to translate abstract thinking into structured analysis and real decision-making. The work was deliberately process-driven: we were required to justify assumptions, document reasoning, and explain not just what we did, but why we did it that way. What made this internship stand out was that it treated interns as responsible employees, not passive learners.

Problem solving with a team with multi-background expertise is the solution for the hardest problems. This was my first exposure into consulting and I learned a lot from the people around me. Working remotely was not a challenge for either of us and at the end of this internship I gained skills that lead me closer to my dream job.

I led a team where none of us initially had real background knowledge in the area we were working on. Despite starting from almost nothing, we gradually learned, questioned, and built ideas together until we produced a unique and well-structured market entry strategy. A sincere reminder that when people commit to learning and supporting each other, meaningful work can come from very humble beginnings.
